Breanneall right. Welcome Chelsea to the Raising Unstoppable Girl
ChelsiAthletes Podcast. Hi, I am so excited to be here. Thanks for having me. We're gonna talk about some good stuff today.
BreanneYeah, I'm excited. this episode is going to be very tangible and very applicable to all of us who are raising athletes and have busy full schedules. So Chelsea, can you please just catch us up on who you are and what you do, and how you help moms?
ChelsiWell, I am the owner and the founder and CEO of Chelsea joe.co. And I'm a mom of two girls that aren't so little anymore. They're, six and 11 and, married to a firefighter. So I have a really crazy inconsistent schedule and, I. I've really started this business about four years ago because I originally was working in corporate and I, I am a sign language interpreter by trade. That's what I did in college. that's what I went to college for, and then I did that for about 17 years, dating myself here. I started really young. I really did. Yeah. and then I was a single mom for a while, so it was just me and my oldest, and then I ended up getting married. Um, And so I brought, we started our marriage with a, a three-year-old, and then we had a baby right away. And I also had an event-based business on the side. So here I am, a new mom trying to figure out how to put fancy meals on the table, trying to figure out how to get my kids to ballet and gymnastics and tap and orchestra, and I have a newborn baby. I also am trying to figure out how to do all the things, and somebody asked me one time like, how are you? I. How are you doing this? How do you have makeup on? Why is your hair done? Like, how do you look put together? Are you sleeping? Like, what's happening? And I was like, oh, I'm doing these things. And I felt like I was busy, but I definitely didn't feel like out of control. I didn't feel like my, my life was running me. But I did know that some things were gonna have to change because I wanted to be home with my kids, really was one of the big kickers. And so I was like, yeah, I'm just doing this. Aren't you doing this? And everyone was like, No, we're not doing any of that. And so, yeah, I was like, oh, I wanna start a blog, and so I wanted to start helping people. That's really how this whole thing started, honestly. So, And so I wanted to start sharing my systems. Everything that I do in my life is incredibly systematic. It's the way that I give freedom to myself and autonomy to everyone else in my family, and so I created an online company to be able to help moms. Stay-at-home moms work from home moms and now CEOs who are running a team go from overwhelmed to organized. And that's what I do. I've got a couple different programs that help them do that, and I have an amazing podcast that really dives into the home management side of it and a little bit of the business management side of it too. But it's mainly time and task management For moms who are insanely busy, they wanna get out of the overwhelm and they wanna get organized.
BreanneYes. Amazing. Well, Chelsea and I met. At a mastermind. We are in the same mastermind group and have been for a little bit. And honestly, Chelsea, before I met you, I thought I was organized. So I, I've done, Chelsea's program, systematize Your Life, and we just went through a program with her on the business side of things. So she helped systematize our business and in both situations, like other people from the outside especially would say like, Oh, Bree, you've got it together. Like you, we have a schedule and we're pretty on it. And then same thing in our business, like we thought we were pretty organized until we went through your program and, you know, learned how you do things and learn your systems and. You know, I tell you what, like the freedom that we've experienced in our business to be able to grow and the freedom at home. Just to kind of like take some of this mental load off of like, when is this gonna get done? When is that gonna get done? Uh, this, the to-do list, like it's, it's really has transformed, my personal life, our business life. So I can't wait to get into it. Chelsea. So yeah, you, said that like, I mean, you just mentioned something, systems create freedom and I know for me, like, and I don't know if other people listening to this, like systems sound boring and like, I like kind of the, the
Chelsithings
Breannethat are
Chelsiunpredictable and so, you know, does
Breannethat like how do systems create freedom and the freedom that we desire in our
Chelsilives? Yeah. You know, I get. That question more times than I could even count. And you know, it's an interesting thing. I've been, labeled and deemed as a type A person all my life and people that have tried to. look at the worst aside and the worst parts of my personality, or just, you know, maybe not so nice people have said, oh, you're controlling or you're bossy. And I really sat with that for so many years of my life and now I'm finally like owning the fact that this is truly is a skillset and it's something that's so lacking. And because I went through that in for so many years in my life, a feeling like it was a negative thing, I'm actually able now, To turn to people and talk to them about the positive in it, about the freedom, and look at a systematic life in a completely different way than what so many other people. And I've had so much experience with people being like, ah, you know, that's not fun. That's boring. Yeah. What? I like to live on a whim and I like to be able to do whatever I want. And then I just ask them, well, are you actually doing whatever you want? I mean, are you actually doing what you want? Is my first question to people because of law. Lot of the times, those people are like, oh yeah, I am. But then they have this whole list of things that they're not actually able to do and that they're not getting to. And so for me, my freedom comes from being able to say at the end of the day, that A, I knew exactly what I wanted and needed to get done. And B, I did them all. And I can say that every week, and I can say that every month. And then when curve balls come at me, because I'm a parent and I have kids and I'm under an injury right now myself, and sometimes that happens with kids, right? All kinds of things come up and happen. I'm able to adapt so quickly to everything that comes my way. So having systems in place, really how I describe it is it gives you a framework, it gives you a place. To nurture and to be nurtured, just like our home. It has an actual framework for where everything in your life goes. It gives you the ability to automate things to, to not have to think about stuff anymore. That's pretty rad to get it out of your brain because such a funny exercise that I have people go through all the time in business and at home. No matter what level of business you're at, I make all of them do it. And if you're not running a business at all and you're just at home, I make every single person that I work with do this exercise, write down all of the things that you like. Even just look at your to-do lists. Look at all the to-do lists that you've had, and almost 95% of the stuff that's on there are repeating. They're things that you're doing over and over and over again. And most people be like, no, the list is different. And I'm like, no, no, no, no. Those are all appointments. So, Those are all house chores. Those are all errands for your kids. Those are all sport related. Those are all related to managing your kids' crazy schedule because they're super competitive. I. Those aren't different. I know the where you went and what you did was different, but it is all the same thing. And so looking at that very systematically and being like, okay, I spent four hours on that every week for the last three weeks. For the last four years, right? Yeah. Like why are we doing this? Like let's make a system out of this very quickly. And what I learned after having almost over a thousand people go through my program, It doesn't matter who you are or what you do, it's pretty much the same, like across the board. Yeah. If you're busy because of sports and you have an athlete, if you're busy because you're running a business, if you're busy because you're taking care of extended family members, or if you're busy because you're working a full-time job or maybe it's, you have all of those things, you're busy because of all of them. Right. It doesn't matter. There are really key things that repeat in every single mother's life, regardless of what makes her busy. And so I just created this like plug and play system that is a solution for every type of mom that comes to me. It's been pretty cool.
BreanneYeah. Oh yeah. And the results speak for themselves. You're right. Systems do create freedom in that way because. Freedom is not, not knowing what's for dinner. and so five minutes before we're scrambling, can't figure it out, and we've gotta go to practice, but you're hungry. And the Where's the
Chelsishoes? Yeah. Where's the bag? Where's the water bottle? Because it has to be the favorite one and the straw's missing. And it's like all the things, right? Yes.
BreanneI'm like, that sounds. Well, sort of like my life, which is chaotic. Chaotic. No, I, it's gotten way better. But I hear that from the moms in our community a lot. They're like, I'm just overwhelmed. I can't even put dinner on the table because we have like three different practices that are happening to me. All need to eat at different times and people, you know like this, but not that. And how do we attempt to even like keep the house clean or. All of those things. So I hear that a lot. And ultimately what we wanna help, especially our moms with, because I just, we hear this, and this is kind of our, our mission too, is we want moms to be able to enjoy their kids' sports journey. Yeah. As you know, as as chaotic as it is, it goes by so fast. And you know, those of you that are listening, that have athletes that are, um, in high school or even in middle school, like we are counting on one hand how many years we have left with them in our house. Holds and we just, we want to enjoy that time, not just wish it away or grind through it or be like, oh gosh, when this gets over and they're done with this team, and so are you telling us that there's actually a way that we can manage all of this better and enjoy simplicity piece and the whole sports journey and yeah, a deeper
Chelsilevel? Are you saying that? Yeah, I'm saying that for sure. You know, I have had moms come to me that are like on their last leg, and sometimes I ask them, I. Is this sport necessary for the next six months? Is it, it's a great questions to ask yourself, and the answer is yes. Cool. But is it necessary for four sports for one kid? I don't know you. I always, always think that it is so important to look at your quality of life over your commitments because that is what's consuming your time. But what I will say to that is that. I can absolutely guarantee you that you don't need to cut nearly anything out. Sometimes there are some people that are gluttons for punishment and they don't want to sit still. They don't want to face the demons in their home. They don't, and so they overbook themselves on purpose, and you'll know if that's you, because you just got this really gross feeling in your stomach when you heard that. But outside of that, that those are the people that it's like it's time to stop. It's time to look at why are you sign? Do do your kids wanna be competitive in all the things are, you know, you'll know your athlete well enough to say, I. They're showing up to all the things. They're disciplined with their sleep, they're disciplined with their food, they're disciplined with their attitude. They're disciplined with their homework, and they're still showing up to all these things. Great time to get on board, mom, time to get your act together. Time to get some systems in place to be able to support them. That feels really good. But if that's not your story, it's time to just look at what are we actually committing ourselves to and what kind of systems can we put in place in order to make this. Not a drudgery, not something that we feel obligated to do. And yes, there is a better way. So the number one thing that you can do is, is switch to my method of time blocking. Now you could go search on Pinterest for time blocks and you're gonna get super confused. You're gonna get overwhelmed. You might be really motivated and be able to like slap something together and make it work. But there are hundreds of blogs. All over the place. Only a few podcasts actually that really focus on this. Mine is one of them. You can go over to your podcast player wherever you stream and type in systemize your life and you'll find so many episodes on time management there. But my five block method, which we can get into and dive into, in a minute, is really a huge part of the solution. It's the number one system that I would recommend any mom starting with. Okay,
Breannethis, you have me intrigued and I do know about your time block method, have been using it. So can you share with us a little bit about what this is and how this can actually help us? And I know you said this before, but just
Chelsito reiterate,
Breannedoes this work for, for moms who are maybe working outside the house or working in the house working full time and have athletes that are. Competitive and going to a lot of different places and all the things. Yeah. Work for them. And how,
Chelsihow does it work? Yeah. I mean, creating a home management system for yourself. You are the prime person. If you are working full-time, have kids in extracurriculars. And are probably the main person that's providing food for them and like filling that role pretty substantially. Even if your husband's super on board, even if you have a house cleaner or somebody in the family or. You know, house support of some sort. You still need to have systems on board. And when it comes to the time management, yes, my five block method is extremely straightforward and it's super flexible. So no matter what season of life you go through, These five blocks are going to adapt. They're gonna adapt with you in the summer. They're gonna adapt with you during, during fall sports. If your kiddos not in spring sports, but they are the rest of the year if they're not in summer sports. This five block method adapts with you and your kiddos schedule and your schedule. The name of the game here is A, understanding the method, and B, revisiting it every single time you have a change in what's thrown at you. So yes, it. It'll work.
BreanneAll right. Can you give us a little sneak peek about what it, what this is?
ChelsiYeah. I mean, I'll give you all five blocks. Okay. And then it's really understanding how to take your life and get them to fit into these five blocks. So what's really happening is life is being thrown at you at the speed of light, and you're trying to remember everything and keep up with everything on your own. Mm-hmm. And. It's really interesting how just packing lunches or just getting your kids to practice on time becomes a mountain that shouldn't even be something that we bat an eye at. So all of these things that are being thrown at you, we have to take a step back for a quick minute. In your life, are you gonna have to press pause? No. You can keep doing your life, but in order to make a change, yeah, you're gonna have to sit still for a few hours on a Saturday. And try and rearrange the way that you have things. Here's the arrangement that I suggest. grab a pen and paper. You're gonna jot down five big kind of sections on, on your notepad right now. And the first one you're gonna label morning routine, and this is your first block of the day. Really big important note here is the first block of your day is what happens when your kids are not awake. So if your children are your alarm clock, you're already losing. You have lost. You lose the end. You have to be up at least 15 minutes. Now, this doesn't have to be huge. It's your morning routine block. It's the first block of the day. We can talk about what you can put inside of that later, but it's the things that you need to get done or should get done or wanna get done before your kiddos get up in the day. Then you're gonna move into your AM block. Again, if lemme give you a couple scenarios, if you're working full-time and your kids go to school, okay? Then your AM block is probably gonna be about 30 minutes. That's all. So it's gonna look like your kids are awake. So now we bump into before school routine and your before work routine done. That's it. That's your AM block. You're not focused on you, you're not answering emails, you're not still getting ready for work, you're not doing any of that. It's all hands on deck. It's family mode. It's go time. This should tip like Domino's. Everything that you do in this AM block should be the same thing Monday through Friday, potentially even Saturday. If you have commitments first thing in the morning. Okay. Then after that, we move into your work block. If you work nine to five, your work block is from nine to five. If you work from home, your work block is much smaller. If you're not working at all and you're a stay at home mom, great. Then you probably don't have a work block. Mm-hmm. But I can guarantee you 98% of you are doing something for work, in quotes. Right. Then after that, as soon as your kids get home from school, Or you pick them up from school, you move into your PM block, and this is what really sets the tone for the next day. Everything that happens in your PM block is crucial for setting up the next day. It's like the most important thing ever for you to be laser focused and super disciplined in your PM block. And so that's what the afterschool routine looks like. Your dinner routine and then the bedtime routine for the kids. Now, when you have kids in extracurriculars, this PM block probably is gonna look like sports, sports, sports, sports, sports. And then how do I feed them? Wh I'm not even home to cook. There's a lot of, I get so many questions about this, and we get really creative. We get super creative on how we can make this work for families in a PM block, which we can talk about some of those in a little bit, but that's the gist of it, okay? Mm-hmm. And then that PM block ends when it's lights out for your kiddos, and then we bump into your nighttime routine block, which is the same. Concept is a morning routine block, meaning there's no children allowed in this block at all. It could be 15 minutes, it could be two hours. It really depends on what your life looks like and what your schedule is, what your time commitments are, and that's a time for you to have no phones. No electronics at all, unless it's a chosen specific scheduled like date night. We're gonna watch a movie or whatnot. It's a time for you to wrap up your day and to turn inward a little bit to reflect whether you are journaling or you're taking off your makeup, or you're stretching or, mm-hmm. You know, something intentional that's not meaningless scrolling on your phone until you pass it on the couch. It's also not intended for going around and doing a million things in the house. It's really supposed to be an intentional time that's crafted to help you kind of wrap up your day. So those are the five blocks?
BreanneMm-hmm. Wow. Yeah, I can totally see. I mean, I can see how they're functioning in my life right now. and just creating a lot more clarity in our week and, kind of knowing where we're going and what we're doing. the two big questions that I had around this are mealtimes, like you hit out on a little bit, but like meal times and meal planning seem to be like a huge sticky point Yeah. For our moms. Like how do you, do you have anything around around that? What you've For
Chelsisure, because it really is the biggest time suck for most moms. It doesn't matter. Honestly, it's literally like all moms. So I get a lot of moms that come to me that are super busy, either because they're working full-time and their kids are in sports, or they're homeschooling moms and they're trying to run a business. Mm-hmm. I get. And it's not always those two camps. Sometimes there's a lot of people like me that are just like, their kids go to school and they don't, you know, and they're trying to run a business or, you know, there's a whole mix of what makes a person busy. But across the board it's like, how do I figure out how to feed these people? How do I figure out how to not go through, drive-through all the freaking time? Like, that's the question. and I am. A super crazy health nut. If you come over and listen to my show, you're gonna get sprinkles of my crunchiness all over the place, little soap boxes here and there about how to do things that aren't super mainstream because they end up making us feel really crappy. And what we're trying to do here is have energy. To be able to sustain the amount of things that we wanna do and our kids wanna do. And it's a lot. And keep up with the house at the same time, because a lot of times that falls on us too. Even if we've outsourced it to a house cleaner, you still gotta have that house picked up in order for the house cleaner to come over and do their job. Yes, exactly right. Mm-hmm. So here's what I'll say about meal times. Making this systematic is the only answer. It's the, it's the only answer. So what we do here is you start with a really simple meal planning system, which I call the menu board meal planning system. It's episode eight. It has a companion blog post to go with it that teaches you the whole entire thing. Mm-hmm. And it's so straightforward. So I went from spending hours on the weekend trying to figure out Pinterest recipes and thumbing through cookbooks, doing the whole thing to like, Enough is enough. Tell me your top favorite meals. Every child, every person in the house. Tell me your top favorite meals. And I wrote every single one down on an index card. And then I have a board that hangs in my house that says, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday. And we hang an index card that says the name of the meal. It's our menu and it's a menu card or a like a little like you flip it over and it tells you everything that's in it, and it's super straightforward. I keep it in a recipe box. And so that's how I plan my meals. Here's the kicker. I make sure that my week is established and planned out. Everything's in my calendar, my time blocks are established, and I can see that on Tuesdays and Thursdays I have no time to cook dinner. So guess what I'm gonna look for in my recipe box? I'm gonna look for crockpot meals, or I'm gonna say freezer meal on that card. Mm-hmm. And I'm gonna strategically set up my day so that I know, or I'm gonna put an eating out on that day. Mm-hmm. Now you're like, Well, that's cute, but my kid goes to practice five nights a week, so now what do I do? Right? Well, here's another way to get really creative. We've looked at starting dinner super early for all of my families, and this blows people's minds Every day of my life I start dinner at four 30 and that is what sets me up for success for the whole night and the next day. I have a lot of moms that have kids that are in competitive sports, or most days of the week they are bringing dinner with them and the kids are eating the car on the way home, but they already know what the dinner is and they've taken it outta the fridge and brought it with them, and then they're trying to provide a nourishing meal that's hot or that's warm some other time of the day or some other time of the week. Honestly, it's all about peeling back for two seconds and looking at your rhythms. That's how systems are created. Mm-hmm. A system is something that is done repeated over time to get you from point A to point B with the least amount of time and the least amount of stress. It's about being efficient. So if you could just say, okay, looks like out of five days of the week, I need four, go-to quick meals, and then I. That one. Maybe it's Friday nights. We can, I can actually cook at home, then I can cook at home on Saturday and at Sunday. Cool. So Tuesday, Thursdays we're gonna do drive through, and then Monday, Wednesdays, I'm gonna bring food to go. So, Awesome. Now, can you make three of each of those meals on a menu card? And you know, on Mondays we pull these meals and Tuesday, Thursdays we pull these meals. It's like you don't have think about it anymore. And no one's gonna ask you what's for dinner. You're not gonna want what's for dinner. You're not gonna text your husband before he leaves the office to come home. Hey, can you stop by Chipotle to grab me food? Like that all but goes away. So, and it's the same thing for breakfast, it's the same thing for lunches. We've just gotten super systematic about it. and it's. I could, I could go on and on and on about the benefits of just that one system alone and what it's done for us as a family, how much money it saved us, how my girls are learning about nutrition, how they go to the store with me and pick these things out. And we like, there's so many benefits of this. I would definitely put it secondary to your time management system, but it's a, it's a strong top competitor. Yeah. Oh, totally.
BreanneI mean, also because it's just such a, a sticking point, like a point of contention with, with families, especially sports moms who are going a lot of places. And so spending that little bit of time to look ahead and figure out systems to solve for that. Like, I mean, yeah, it's, the benefits are. more than just your feeling, relief during the week. You know, like you said, th these are like long-term Yeah. You're such a good foundational building box for them to be healthy for, you know, and learn about food and yeah,
Chelsithere's just, there's so many benefits. It does the same thing for you too, like You know, you and I have talked that we're both really big into CrossFit and my nutrition is vital, and so having the time to even prioritize my nutrition of like making sure that I have my go-to meals, Do I have the luxury of working from home? Yeah, but guess what? I can't stand and cook me breakfast, lunch, and dinner every day, or I miss my entire work block. Like I can't do that. Right? So I have to look really strategically at not only what am I feeding them, but me and my husband that eats a massive amount of food. So this conversation is so real in my life that. I definitely understand and you wanna nourish your athletes like, yeah, and I, and I know that this is the first thing to go because drive-through is so easy and it's so tempting and it's so available and everyone doesn't, and it's not that big of a deal, but the things that you're giving to your athlete, when you actually show them what it looks like to systemize and prioritize nutrition, Is going to serve them far past their years of being competitive in a sport. It's, it's so. It's just a thing that I could talk about for a long time.
BreanneTotally. Yeah. No, I'm, I'm with you. I, I spent 10 years being a health teacher, so before that, so yeah. It's something I'm passionate about too. Josh, but there's so many other things that we could go into, that we don't have time to go into on the podcast. I mean, I'm thinking like cleaning, like how do I keep my house clean? We do have. We have a cleaner that comes, once a month that, I mean, we prioritized that in our budget so that we could, the time and space, but I still need to clean a lot. And like you said, no,
Chelsieven with
Breannethat, like we, we have to, so I've been using like your tidy cues and Yeah. Like all that. So that things just like, like you said, it is like a Domino's thing, you know, so that by the time we get to, bedtime. It's like, okay, the, the whole house isn't a disaster. No. And it's like overwhelming to clean. It's like, oh, we've done that actually like throughout the day,
Chelsiso I love it. That makes me so happy to hear. I didn't know you were that far along in, in like learning my method and stuff, but. Yes. That is called a home management system, right? Like looking at every piece of all of the main things that you have to juggle, especially when you're trying to support an athlete. It's absolutely vital when you have a job to do to actually make consistent money for your family. Plus, you wanna show up hard for your house and for your kids, and probably for your marriage too, right? Let alone yourself like we. Take the lead here and figure out how to manage our homes, and that is obviously why I'm so passionate about the work that I do because it, it matters so much. Yeah,
Breanneabsolutely. So, We actually are gonna have Chelsea come into our community if you're listening to this as it's being released, in about a week. So July 20th. And Chelsea, we can you give us a little sneak peek about what you're going to dive into? Because obviously there's just so many things that we wanna go further into. Yeah. Can you give us a sneak peek about what you're going to be offering our community next week?
ChelsiYeah, so if you guys want to go over to Chelsea joe.co/coach Bree, you can snag a seat into a completely free training that I am going to be teaching you live. You can ask questions, you can interact with me, and what I'm gonna be doing is teaching you how to go from overwhelmed to organized in four weeks using my method so that you can have more time in your busy schedule. This whole thing that we just talked about is, is literally. Going to be shown to you in a visual format. I'm gonna break down my method, how you can actually make this happen in four weeks, which is something that, coach Bree herself has been going through. So she's gonna be able to speak to it and really talk to you about it. And we just wanna give you the opportunity because, you know, we've been talking a lot about. How the work that I do can greatly impact the success of your athlete, and so we wanna make sure that you have this tool ready and available for you. So Chelsea joe.co/coach Bri to save your seat and I can't wait to meet you all. Yes.
BreanneThat's gonna be awesome. Like I said, I mean, it's one thing to have these, like these systems and these rhythms in place, but as you've touched on a few times, the greater impact of this really is amazing. Like the freedom, the peace, mm-hmm. The enjoyment of your, your daughter's sports journey and the experience that she's going to look back on as well. you know, as she's going through her, her middle school, School and high school experience. All of that can really be, we talk a lot in our program about how you have two main roles. You shape the environment and you provide the opportunities. And this is a, this falls in shape into shaping the environment. You are literally shaping your daughter's environment that she shows up in every single day if you have, systems in place to make things easy, systemized and routine. so we don't have to think as much about all of
Chelsithese things. So yeah. And then you actually get to like, Since you're not thinking about all the things, which I know when you have all those things in your head, guess what you do? You're short with your kids, you hug them less, you're there for them less. And so much of that impacts how they're able to perform and how they're able to practice, how they're able to show up in school and extracurriculars as an athlete on and off the court. These things are so important that. Oftentimes we don't relate it back to being organized. Oh, well I am organized, right? Yeah. Yes. But like, let's talk about an actual home management system that is, is, is weaved into your entire day, your entire week. And it's something, the other thing that we're gonna talk about that we didn't even touch here is how to get your family involved in this whenever you get these things set up. Because that's such a huge part of that. And I did not even, you know, I didn't, I knew for a fact that this was gonna be a huge part of it because it's an ongoing thing for me, and I didn't think for even a minute that people would be able to go and do this on their own and know how to communicate it on their own and get people on board without having the guidance there. So we're definitely gonna jump into what it looks like for you to be able to. Learn a new way of managing your home and your time and your schedule and figure everything out. And then how to get the rest of the people that are living in the house on board with it. Because sometimes that can be the biggest battle and sometimes it's not. But I wanna make sure that you guys all feel comfortable and, and implementing something new, and have the support of your family in the process. Yeah.
BreanneOh yeah. I'm glad you brought that up. I mean, your kiddos are in it and they're, they're little. So, and we, you know, a lot of our, a lot of our moms have older kids who are totally able to, to be involved in all this, so, yeah. Well, well, I can't wait for that. Chelsea, thank you again for coming on, for sharing your knowledge and just helping us be a little more. At peace and just excited about this possibility that things can be a little more streamlined.
ChelsiYeah. All right. Can't wait to meet you. I you guys soon. Thank you. He for having me.
